This is by far one of the BEST chia breakfasts ever.
You will need –
1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
1 Cup Coconut Milk
Handful Cacao Nibs
Drop of Vanilla Essence
Teaspoon Maca Powder
Teaspoon Coconut Sugar
2 frozen Bananas
1 tablespoon Meridian Peanut Butter
Coyo Coconut Yoghurt
Agave (to taste) I prefer without
Start the night before you plan on devouring this masterpiece by combining all ingredients for the Chia Pudding in a jar, give it a really good shake/mix – get your Tom Cruise on and really go for it. You want it all combined really well. Leave in the fridge overnight to work its magic.
In the morning when you are famished and half asleep blend your bananas, nut butter and cinnamon until an ice cream consistency (adding a splash of coconut milk can help). Mix the Coyo and Cacao together until a it becomes a chocolatey dream.
Take the chia out of the fridge give it a little mix with a fork and layer with the coyo and Ice Cream. I topped mine with more Cacao Nibs and my Granola.
Make sure when eating this, no one else is around… Reasons being; 1. If they see this they WILL want some – and we don’t wana share this. 2. You will be covered in it – you cannot eat this without looking like a crazed lunatic in it’s deliciousness.
